We review organizer applications within 24 hours on weekdays. You'll receive an email once your account is approved and you can start creating activities immediately.
What does Kadal2Sahyadri charge?
We charge a small platform fee per booking. You keep the rest. Exact commission details are shared during the onboarding process.
What if a participant cancels?
Cancellations are handled automatically based on your refund policy. The platform processes refunds via Razorpay, you don't manage any money movement manually.
Can I cancel a booking myself?
Yes. If an activity is called off due to weather or other reasons, you can cancel bookings from the dashboard and issue a full refund instantly.
Can I add pickup points and add-ons?
Yes, you can add multiple pickup points with individual departure times and charges, and optional add-ons like gear rentals or meals that participants can select during booking.
